At Black Flag Off-Road, many of our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products, but it also means shipping times and handling may vary.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days

  • Processing times vary by supplier and product availability

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship:

  • From different suppliers

  • In separate packages

  • With separate tracking numbers

This is normal for dropshipped orders.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via a variety of carriers depending on the supplier, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Regional or international carriers

Carrier selection is determined by the supplier and cannot be changed.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once the supplier ships the item

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Supplier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund

  • Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim

  • We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery


Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage

  • Do not discard the packaging until instructed

We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue.


Supplier Fulfillment Disclaimer

All products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers.

While we work closely with our suppliers, we do not control shipping timelines, carrier operations, or customs processing.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
